Norco Pool Home Tour: Two Primary Suites & a Backyard Oasis
If you think you’ve seen everything Norco real estate has to offer, this home might surprise you.
I recently toured a unique Norco home that combines flexible living space, plenty of parking and one seriously fun backyard. From two primary suites to a resort-style pool with a grotto, slide, tiki-style entertaining areas and putting green, this is definitely not your average Southern California backyard.

Plenty of Parking — Even for the Norco Toys
One thing I always pay attention to when touring homes in Norco is parking.
Between RVs, horse trailers, boats, golf carts and extra vehicles, having a beautiful house isn't always enough—you need somewhere to put everything!
This property has a long private driveway with room for numerous vehicles, plus space that could accommodate an RV or horse trailer and a two-car garage.
For a Norco buyer, that's a feature worth noticing.
A Game Room Made for Entertaining
Before we even get to the main living areas, this house gives you a fantastic bonus space.
The downstairs game room is currently set up with a pool table, pinball machine, darts and a refrigerator/beverage area. There is also a downstairs bathroom nearby.
Even better, this area provides convenient access to the backyard and pool.
For anyone who loves entertaining, imagine guests moving between the pool, outdoor bar and game room without everyone constantly walking through the main living areas of the house.
Spacious Kitchen & Living Areas
Upstairs you'll find a large dining and living space along with a kitchen offering tons of cabinet storage, pantry space, an island and plenty of room to gather.
The home also has a family room with a fireplace and built-in cabinetry.
And if you're a horse-show family like so many of us in Norco, I already know what those built-ins are for: trophies. Lots and lots of trophies.
Not One, But TWO Primary Suites
This is one of my favorite features of the house.
There are two primary suites, and they're separated enough to create some interesting possibilities.
The first is a generously sized suite with its own bathroom and a large closet. Because of its location within the home, I could see this working really well for an older child, returning college student, extended family or guests who want a little more privacy.
The second primary suite overlooks the backyard, including the putting green and outdoor space.
Having two separate primary suites isn't something you find in every Norco home, and it gives buyers a lot more flexibility in how they use the property.
Additional Bedrooms With Possibilities
The home also has two additional bedrooms.
During the tour, I pointed out something I've seen homeowners do with similar closet spaces: convert part of the closet area into a small built-in desk or homework station. It can be a smart way to create a dedicated workspace while keeping the rest of the bedroom open.
It's a great example of looking beyond how a room is currently being used and thinking about how it could work for your family.
Now for the BEST Part: The Backyard
This backyard deserves its own section. Actually, it could probably have its own blog.
Step outside and you're greeted by a putting green, tropical landscaping, multiple entertaining areas, tiki-style palapas, a built-in barbecue and food-prep area, bar seating and plenty of places for guests to hang out.
And then there's the pool.
The pool area has a grotto, waterfall features, Baja-style lounging space, slide and additional covered seating areas. A tall wall and mature landscaping also help give the backyard a private, tucked-away feeling.
When I walked through it, I said it felt a little like being at Glen Ivy—and that's probably the best way to describe the vibe.
It's a backyard designed for fun. Pool parties, barbecues, kids playing, friends hanging out or a quiet afternoon by the water.
And yes, if one of my clients buys it, I'm expecting an invitation to the first pool party.
Why Norco Homes Can Be So Different
This is exactly why I love showing real estate in Norco, California.
Norco isn't a cookie-cutter community.
One property might have horse stalls and direct trail access. Another might have an arena. Another might have massive RV parking, a workshop or room for toys. And then you'll find a property like this one with a backyard that feels more like a private resort.
Understanding those differences matters when you're buying here.
As a Norco real estate and horse property specialist, I don't just look at bedrooms, bathrooms and square footage. I look at how the entire property functions—parking, access, usable land, horse-property potential, trailer access, outdoor living and the things that can make a property fit someone's actual lifestyle.
Looking for a Pool Home in Norco?
If this home isn't quite the one, but the backyard has you thinking “Okay, now I want a pool,” I can help.
I can put together a current list of Norco homes for sale with pools, homes with two primary suites, horse properties, homes with RV and horse-trailer parking, or properties that combine several of those features.
And if you're considering selling a home in Norco, I can also help you determine which unique features of your property are most valuable to today's buyers—and how to market them properly.
